Everyday Champion Program Plan: Subscription Terms

Your 10-month subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 10-Month Plan without notice. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month of your contract. We may change your plan’s rate each renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel.

As outlined in the signed Participation Agreement on file, The Everyday Champion Program runs once per year, and relies on the funding provided through the scholarship fees and donors. The limited scholarship dollars are allocated to the selected nominees, and are therefore no longer available for other student-athletes who wish to participate in the program. Therefore, for Scholarship Participants, once committed to the program, the commitment to the 10-Month Program is considered a final sale and refunds will not be given, except as TLA staff may deem appropriate and necessary.

Those participating in the program at full cost are not receiving funding through scholarships and may therefore cancel at any time.

Sports Performance Sessions

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours by the personal trainer, a complimentary session will be offered. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases.  Cancellation must be made in writing via text message or via the scheduling app.

Sessions will last 1 hour unless otherwise stated and shall start at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.

Any client who is not at the agreed meeting place within 20 minutes of the agreed scheduled time shall be deemed to have cancelled and charged for the entire session. Sessions must be paid for in advance before the session commences.

Refunds will not be given due to illness, injury or non participation for sessions or classes.
